His father owned a grocery store, and when he inherited it, he converted it to a soda store. He specializes in over 500 different kinds of soda. Another store was able to sell product (he specifically mentions Pepsi in the video) for cheaper. Rather than complain, or close shop, he began specializing in something he loves. The result is obvious.
