Anyone who's paid attention to the show has no doubt noted the references to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Hell, the Doctor mentions that he met Arthur Dent) If you weren't aware of it, then read this.
Anyway, the last couple of episodes of Doctor Who have mentioned: The Oldest Question, which has been around since the beginning of time itself, the question which must NEVER be asked.
We now know that the question is: "Doctor Who?"
Is the Doctor's name Fourty-Two?
