Fecal Matters

So, Blogfather Harvey recently blogged about a woman who's terrified of play places at fast food chains because of finding fecal matter (poop) and nasal drippings (snot) within them. He makes a great point about patronizing somewhere else rather than increasing government regulation, however I've got one better.

Poop can help save lives.

This man's life was saved because he received a poop transplant. Basically, they take one person's poop, and place it in another person. The disease this procedure treats is Clostridium difficile.

Perhaps, instead of freaking out about play places, this woman should focus on the good that germs do, rather than trying to kill off people's immune systems.
